I enjoyed my stay for three nights where the staff were incredibly helpful, and the hotel is conveniently situated less than a 5-minute walk from a fantastic jazz bistro that made my evenings delightful, in addition to being a short stroll to attractions like the Basilica of Santa Croce, perfect for my weekend explorations and leisurely walks around the city.

We loved our large family room that provided ample space for our kids to play. The location was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy a nice walk along the banks of the Arno, reaching the historical center in just 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, helping us navigate the area like pros.

In my wife's opinion, the pool should have been open during our stay for the kids. It would be great if they had more family-oriented activities available.
